Per section 11.01 of the CBA, If an employee believes they have been unjustly treated by the Company or the provisions of this agreement affecting them have not been properly complied with, the employee shall take up their case directly with the appropriate company representative. If the matter is not resolved, the employee may request the presence of their Union Representative.
